    Observation. Family Child Care - Maximum group size of 7 was exceeded. Upon arrival, Licensing observed 8 children. Licensee sent one child downstairs with an individual who is living downstairs.

    Corrective action. Please immediately reduce the maximum capacity to 7 children.

    Observation. DLSOP Safe Play Space – Equipment has been installed over concrete. Minor injury log identified bruises due to children fall in the outdoor play area. The outdoor play yard has all over concrete ground surfacing which is not suitable for children younger that 18 months old.

    Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided to children in care at all time.

    Corrective action. Ensure that all the necessary supplies are readily available on site as part of emergency plan that sets out the procedure to respond and recover from any emergency.
