Observation. A drainpipe at the side of the house is separated from the bottom part of the pipe, exposing sharp metal.
Corrective action. Please provide a written response to indicate how you will address the contravention noted above on or before February 20, 2026.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. One child's attendance only indicated the number of hours the child was in care. No time of arrival and departure.
