Play materials and/or equipment are not safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair. [CCLR Sec. 16(4)(b)]

Observation. Comments from previous inspection March 7, 2024: LO observed the following items: - there are two shelves that are not secure (one in each of the rooms). - wall behind garbage - there are areas of chipped wall, porous and areas that cannot be cleaned or sanitized. - door to storage room (off quiet room) was unlatched and cleaning products are accessible. There were some items in the outdoor play space that are broken and need to be removed immediately. LO also discussed options for long term options for shade to replace the broken shade tent. Some suggestions include Shade Sails or permanent shade coverage. During today's visit LO observed that all issues have been addressed except for the wall behind the garbage cans in one classroom - this is still chipped, not easy to clean, and in poor repair.
