  Observation. Licensing observed the heated water accessible to children is heated to 57 degrees Celsius.

  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing observed: - fence panels in the outdoor play area have large gaps in between posing entrapment concerns. - grass around the outdoor play area is not maintained. Plastic containers and other items were found on the grass not suitable for the age and development of children. - water play container has muddy water with leaves floating around.
