Noted Sept. 10, 2021 - LO observed cleaning accessories and supplies such as a toilet bowl brush, a plunger, a bottle of cleaning solution and a container of odor absorber gel accessible by children in the washroom Today's inspection - LO observed the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom was not latched, and allowed access to cleaning solutions and other supplies.

Observation. LO observed that the outdoor play mats appear to be in poor repair and not easy to clean. The corners and seams are coming apart exposing the material inside which poses a risk of harm if ingested. The manager stated that there is a plan to have the mats refurbished or purchase new ones.
