Observation. LO observed sofas that had holes in them and were held together with duct tape have been replaced. Lo observed sofas that has eroded making it difficult to clean properly has not been addressed.

Licensing identified multiple hazards such as the following: A pile of tricycles in the corner, an entangled hose by the entrance, three plastic bags filled with leaves, algae accumulated on the wooden structures, benches and stomps, the stomps are unsecured, and wobbly, the wood on the structures is rotting and breaking in some areas.

Observation. During today's inspection, LO observed that the issue remains in non-compliance. Manager advised that a plan will need to be discussed with regards to the children's equipment and furniture repairs. A follow up response will be provided to Licensing.

Observation. LO observed that the children's furniture and equipment appears to be in poor repair and no longer easy to clean. The following was observed: -chipped and peeling paint on a child sized table -two child sized arm chairs, one with a hole in the arm and is covered with duct tape. The other arm chair is not sturdy as the arms and back have come loose. -two vinyl mats that are ripped and frayed around the corners. In addition, in several areas the inner material of the mats is exposed which could cause harm if ingested by a child.
