A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene.
Observation. Children have not been using one time use individual hand cloths to dry hands after hand washing.
Corrective action. The License advised that she will bring in paper towels.

A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. The fire drill extinguisher needs to be serviced.
