Observation. The managers name was not posted in a prominent place in the facility. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires the managers name to be posted in order to identify the person responsible for the operation of the facility. Submit to licensing by October 3, 2025, evidence that the managers name is clearly posted in the facility.

Observation. Radon results have not been submitted to licensing. It is a requirement that facilities test for radon content to ensure children are not exposed to unacceptable levels of radon while in care. Submit test results from a long term radon test on or before February 28, 2026.

Observation. Several staff files were found to be incomplete, incomplete items includes: criminal record clearance letters, character references, evidence of immunization status, resume, and certificate validation. Incomplete staff files may put children at risk. Submit to licensing by October 3, 2025, evidence that all facility staff files contain the required records. Additionally, submit a plan that demonstrates how you will ensure that staff files are complete prior to staff working with children.

All facility records listed in Section 56 to 58 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation are required to be located in a single location at the facility. Unavailable facility records increase risk to children. Submit to licensing by October 3, 2025, a plan that outlines the procedure of how you will ensure that facility records are stored in a single location at the facility.
