Observation. The hot water in the bathroom sink is 51.3 degrees Celsius. Water over 49 degrees Celsius poses a scald/burn risk to children. Submit to Licensing by January 15, 2026, evidence the hot water accessible to children does not exceed 49 degrees Celsius.

Observation. The Licensing Officer observed the vinyl on a mat used as a change pad is ripped in places not allowing for proper cleaning and sanitizing. A plan to come into compliance is required by the follow up date noted.

Observation. The Licensing Officer observed the Licensee's criminal record check is expired. All person's over the age of 12 who are ordinarily present in a community care facility must have a valid criminal record check completed by the Criminal Record Review Program. A plan to ensure compliance with Section 19 is required by the follow up date noted.
