  Observation. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires the Licensee to keep current records for each child. Child records were reviewed during the inspection, one child did not have a record of the name and phone number of an emergency contact. Corrected during the inspection.

  Observation. The Child Care Licensing Regulation requires the Licensee to ensure the facility is in good repair. During the inspection, some wires and cables previously taped to the floor had come loose. These wires and cables posed a tripping risk to children. Corrected during the inspection.
