  Observation. Through discussion with the manager and staff it was determined that at the time that the reportable incident occurred, on September 24, 2024, there was no one immediately accessible who held a valid first aid certificate. Follow up with evidence that, at all times, the children attending this program will have access to someone who holds a valid first aid certificate.

  Observation. At the time of the inspection, staff files were not kept at the facility and could not be produced for Licensing. Ensure that facility records, including staff files, are kept on site at the facility. Follow up with copies of completed staff files submitted to Licensing, and ensure staff files are on site and able to be produced to Licensing.
