    Observation. Children files are incomplete; missing medical insurance number and emergency contact cards. Incomplete files may put children at risk during an emergency situation. Submit to Licensing by January 14, 2026, written confirmation and evidence files are complete.

  • C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

    Observation. There is no evidence that an annual evacuation plan was been practiced since 2024. Practicing emergency plans ensure facility preparedness during an emergency and the health and safety of children in care. Submit to Licensing by January 14, 2026, confirmation the annual emergency plan has been practiced.

  • C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

    Observation. The Licensee has an expired Criminal Record Check. As the Licensee of a Family Child Care, you must have a current Criminal Record Check on file to ensure the safety of the children in care. Submit to Licensing on January 9, 2026, written plan and evidence on how you will come into compliance and the system in place to ensure compliance is maintained.
