The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. Licensing officer observed the following: - Damaged baseboard along the children play area - Damaged kitchen sink cabinets and flaky chipped paint are accessible to children - The outdoor ground surfacing was not the best fit with the weather conditions and material available in the area - The protective surfacing does not appear to provided to reduce the risk of injury from falls
