  Observation. Licensing observed all children's record and found two children without immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed that monthly fire drills are being conducted, with the last drill documented on May 21, 2026. Licensing was unable to observe documentation of an emergency drill.

  Observation. Licensing observed loose wooden planks at the wooden playhouse with couple of nails exposed. This poses a potential risk of injury to the children.
