  Observation. There are bi-fold doors present that while they do have restrictors on them, they are not effective as the doors still open slightly creating a pinching potential. The back stairs up to the deck from the play area outside have recently been redone. There are areas of entrapment on the sides.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that an Epipen on site for one child had expired in April 2022. The child's parent was contacted during the time of inspection.

  Observation. The administration of medication permission form was not developed for the child who required extra support.

  Observation. Licensing Officer noted fire extinguisher expired on June 15, 2022.
