  Observation. Licensing had a conversation with the Manager regarding the placement of the metal airplane teeter/totter structure. Licensing observed the metal airplane teeter/otter structure is currently located close to the patio poles and edges of the sandbox, and does not provide the 6-foot clearance. This item has been previously cited in a past report.

  Observation. Licensing observed that monthly fire drills are being documented, with the most recent drill dated May 6, 2026. The last emergency drill was conducted on March 4, 2025, and the program has not conducted an emergency drill within the required annual timeframe.
