  Observation. Licensing observed a child requiring anaphylaxis medication and the medication have been expired since January 2026.

  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing observed two ventilation exhaust duct is attached to the fence and is intended for children’s play; however, it is secured with a metal strap that has exposed sharp edges. These edges are at a height accessible to children, posing a safety risk.

  Observation. Licensing observed that monthly fire drills are being recorded, with the most recent entry dated April 10, 2026. The Licensee confirmed that emergency drills have not been conducted in the past.
