  Observation. The fence for this daycare is broken in several areas. There are parts of it that are completely removed. The fenced in play area must be repaired, replaced as this home is directly attached to three roadways . Licensing supports this program in applying for the emergency repair and replacement grant to fix this fence. If this grant is not provided, the licensee must repair this fence.
