    Observation. This inspection occurred during lunch time. There were several times throughout the LO's observations when no staff was present with the children while they were eating. One staff was in the washroom, one staff in the kitchen, at one point one staff left the room, then they started playing music with a few children on the other side of the room where they would not have had a view of the children still eating.

    Observation. The bathroom has shelves that contain large bins and many items. These are not secure nor should be stored in the bathroom. There are many open surfaces in the bathroom creating various opportunities for germs to land. There is a large cardboard house in the bathroom.
