The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]
Observation. LO noted: -exposed electrical wires on the outside play area. The pole appears to have missing the cover part and the electrical wires were visible. This is a potential shock hazard,especially for children - a wooden equipment over 4ft was not securely anchored and was climbable,therefore the equipment could be easily tilted and is posing a safety risk.

Observation. There are area rugs with curling edges creating a tripping hazard. By design, high ceilings and bare walls / floors can create an environment with poor acoustics, this was observed in the classrooms. Janitorial supplies ( mops and brooms) accessible to children. Toys and equipment being stored in the bathrooms.
