  Observation. Licensing observed supply staff criminal record check (CRC) has expired. Licensee is in process to obtain a new criminal record check (CRC) for supply staff, until a clear criminal record is obtained, the supply staff is not to work alone with the children.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency food and water in three emergency backpacks were expired. Additionally, there were no emergency blankets available.

  Observation. There is a fire extinguisher present at the facility but it does not have a service tag attached and no indication of when it was last serviced or due for service.

  Heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius. [CCLR Sec. 47]

  Observation. The water taps accessible to children exceed the limit of 49 C.
