    Observation. Licensing observed a diaper change station in the main activity room that was not adjacent to a wash basin, as also noted during the August 14, 2024 inspection. Discussion took place to resume diaper changing at the primary station, which is adjacent to a bathroom with a handwashing sink.

    Observation. - Hazardous items potentially accessible to children, including hand sanitizer, Lysol, can opener, batteries, and adult scissors. These items were relocated during the inspection. - Medications stored in an unlocked cabinet. - A room door in the hallway leading to the nap room and bathroom was off its hinge and propped up by a large box, posing a falling hazard. - In the outdoor play area, a propane tank on the upper patio is potentially accessible to children, and a glass recycling bin is present (not hazardous at the time of inspection, but could pose a risk if broken glass is added). The manager noted that the upper patio and propane tank are not used by the children.
