Observation. LO noted a tub of Advil stored inside of a cabinet was available in children's washroom. The medication belonged to a staff and the cabinet was not locked-secured. A stepping stool was present in the bathroom and a child could step on and access the items inside the cabinet. The present staff was informed and asked to ensure medication is removed.
