  Observation. Licensing observed the following: - this program operates in the basement of this church building. - the main door was unlocked.

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: - two children require extra support; - one care plan showing the required information was missing and - only one of two epi-pen was available at the time of this inspection.

  Observation. Licensing observed staff files were incomplete.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the EpiPen for a child had expired.

  There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing was unable to observe any emergency supplies.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. Licensing observed a large flat screen TV on top of the book shelf in the paly area. The TV was unstable and presented a tipping hazard.

  Observation. There is a child in attendance who requires an Epi pen due to an Anaphylaxis allergy. While all the staff are aware, and the child has an Epi pen in his back pack, the program does not have a current care plan to reflect this child's needs as they relate to the allergy.

  Observation. Staff indicated that a visual scan of outdoor play spaces is done but to date, this is not recorded.
