    Observation. Licensing observed a large flat screen TV on top of the book shelf in the paly area. The TV was unstable and presented a tipping hazard.

    Observation. There is a child in attendance who requires an Epi pen due to an Anaphylaxis allergy. While all the staff are aware, and the child has an Epi pen in his back pack, the program does not have a current care plan to reflect this child's needs as they relate to the allergy.
