    Observation. The emergency plan supplies are stocked with materials, including jugs of water. The Licensee shared that the food needs to be restocked and is currently not available with the emergency supplies. Licensing will provide an emergency preparedness resource.

    Observation. The Licensee noted that a log of outdoor play space inspections is not currently maintained. A discussion occurred regarding strategies for maintaining daily log records.

    Observation. The Licensee’s criminal record check has expired, and another ordinarily present person over the age of 12 is now of the age that they require a criminal record check as well. Licensing will provide information on how to obtain these.
