    Observation. A tall shelving unit located just outside of the nap room is not anchored to the wall and is a tipping hazard The sofa has a tear in the vinyl covering. Staff informed licensing that a cover for the sofa was removed for laundering. Licensing recommends a second cover so that the sofa will always have a coving for the torn fabric.
