    Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Storage in the nap space was observed to be unlocked, potentially allowing children access to heavy materials and supplies, this is posing a tipping hazards. - Storage doors were unlocked posing a potential finger pinch hazard. - An unsecured light table cord was observed to be loose and accessible to children. This poses the possibility of entanglement. - Broom and mop were accessible to children.

    Observation. As observed during the routine inspection on December 17, 2021, the children's individual bedding is still being stored in a manner that allows the bedding to touch.

    Observation. As noted during the routine inspection conducted on December 17, 2021, there is a section of fencing that is being used to prevent children from having access to the side of the building. The section of fence is not firmly attached and there is a gap that could allow a child to be entrapped. The fencing is only attached at the top and the bottom of the fencing is easily moved, allowing the opportunity for a child to slip through the opening.
