Observation. LO noted a wooden tile inside of the playhouse on the playground was damaged and could cause injuries ;representing a tripping hazard.

Observation. 1 child has a Life Threatening Allergy poster posted in the Kitchen. The poster states the child has an anaphylactic allergy to several food items. The Epi-pen was not on site during the inspection today. There was confusion with the facility staff and the Manager regarding if this child requires an Epi-pen. The poster completed by the parent outlines severe anaphylactic allergies.

Observation. 1 staff has an RA certificate posted. The Manager reports this staff qualifies as AECE and is included in the ratio as an AECE.
