Observation. Licensing was unable to observe any attendance records for the week indicating children being signed in and signed out.

Daily inspections of the play space for garbage, broken glass, animal feces and other hazardous items have not been done.
Observation. Licensing was unable to observed current records of daily outdoor inspections. A conversation was had with the staff in regards to documenting the outdoor safety check on the attendance records.

Observation. No thermometer was present in the fridge. Unsecure heavy items / bins stored on shelves accessible to children Bi-fold doors in nap room present pinching hazard. Cleaning solution bottle not labelled nor easily accessible for frequent use. Potty seat on the floor.

Observation. One child was in attendance without any registration or records. Several children were missing alternate pick up persons. One child was missing a photo. Daily attendance was not evident at the time of the inspection.

Observation. During LO's visit, it was observed that on a couple of occasions young children were arguing over possession of toys / items. The Licencee told them to share. LO explained that sharing is a skill that children this age are learning and it is not realistic to expect children to be able to share. Licencee also told LO that she counts to 10 when a child wants a toy from another child.

Observation. Licensing observed a child sitting in a high chair in the kitchen area on their own.
