  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. Several staff require an Immunization statement. Manager reported will be gathered from central office by Oct 3. Ensure all staff have (3) written references for complete requirement of documentation. Ensure all staff have a Resume in file. Send notice to LO by Oct 6 confirming above is gathered and NIC will be resolved.

  Observation. There were several documents missing from the staff files. The manager felt as though they have them but just misplaced.

  There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

  Observation. Licensing observed sufficient amounts of emergency supplies. Majority of the food and water supplies have recently expired. Manager informed that new food and water have already been ordered.

  Observation. Licensing observed one child missing a medical care plan.

  Observation. Licensing and Manager could not locate references for one staff and an updated CRC for one staff.
