    Observation. Licensing was informed of the manager change that occurred last year, however the name of the new manager was not posted. The manager's name must be displayed in a prominent location.

  • C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

    Observation. It was reported that fire drills are practiced monthly with the school, however the drills have not been recorded in the fire drill log since April of 2024. A method of ensuring that fire drills are practiced by each employee monthly, and that those practices are recorded is required. A log of emergency plan practices indicates that the last emergency plan was practiced in January of 2023. A system for ensuring that emergency plans are practiced by each employee annually, and that those practices are recorded is required.

  • C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

    Observation. An inspection of the attendance records showed that the times of departure were missing on some days. A method of ensuring the times of arrival, departure and absences is required.

  • C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

    Observation. Character references for one staff person were not available for review during this inspection. Evidence that character references have been obtained is required.

A log of daily play space inspections exists, however a two week period in February is missing confirmation that the inspections took place.
