A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Fridge temperature in the JK2 classroom was not maintained between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius, it as at 5 degrees Celsius.
Corrective action. The manager will ensure that the fridge temperature is below 4 degrees Celsius.
