A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing Officer observed the following: - three unsecured cords in the naproom which could pose a potential risk of entanglement; Licensee removed the cords during the inspection - fencing below the deck dividing the storage area from the children's outdoor space is not secure; storage area contains hazardous items such as stacked concrete blocks
Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
