    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. Upon inspection the following was observed: - 3 loose cords in the infant nap room located on the ground between two cribs - 1 loose cord in the 30 month to school art room The concern is they pose a strangulation hazard.

    Corrective action. The manager said the cords will be secured,

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection the cupboard under the sink in the 30 month to school age program was unlocked and had cleaning supplies accessible to children.
