EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. Licensing observed the following: - The backyard gate does not latch properly and does not close effectively, providing access to the front of the house and road - The diaper change mat has a hole, and is not able to be effectively cleaned
Corrective action. The manager said the latch and change mat will be addressed.
