  Observation. The employee records were unavailable for review. Employee records are required in order to demonstrate that employees have the training, experience and temperament to meet the needs of children. Ensure that all employee records are available on site at the facility for review as required. Notify Licensing of the return of employee records to the facility on or by October 24, 2025.

  Observation. Child Registration records and some Emergency cards were not available for review during inspection. Child Records, including emergency cards must be accessible to employees at all times in case they require contact,medical,pick up or other care information that is documented there. Ensure all child records are returned to the facility and are available for review upon request as necessary. Notify Licensing of return of child records to the facility on or by Oct. 24, 2025.
