    Observation. -It was observed that children had access to alcohol hand sanitizing wipes that indicates on the label to keep out of reach of children. (Resolved during inspection) -Two small red chairs located in the outdoor play yard are in poor repair. (Resolved during inspection) -Two electrical plug outlets are uncovered. (Resolved during inspection) -The facility has not submitted Radon testing results.

    Observation. -It was observed staff did not have evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control program. -It was observed the facility does not practice fire drills one each month. -It was observed that children did not have immediate access to a staff who holds a valid first aid certificate. -It was observed the managers character references were not available at time of inspection. -One staff has criminal record clearance from the RCMP not the required criminal record check under the Criminal Record Review Act.
