Observation. An employee from another organization utilizes one of the school age rooms as an office for a portion of the day. The licensee must ensure persons who are ordinarily present have a valid criminal record check at all times to ensure safety of children in care. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before November 20, 2025.

Observation. Specific arrival time of children picked up by bus not being recorded until staff returns to facility. Keeping track of school age children who require pick up on a given day and making a current and accurate record of their arrival is important to ensure children are accounted for at all times. On days where the facility allows no fees to attend the school age program, arrival and departure times of children have not been recorded. Keeping accurate attendance records is required every day that a program is operating. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before November 20, 2025.
