Observation. Several child files were missing the following items: enrollment dates, immunization status, care card numbers, medical practitioner information. This information is required for all children. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before September 4, 2025. A log of daily play space inspections has not been kept. This type of log is as a reminder to staff to complete these inspections and serves as evidence that these inspections are taking place regularly. Observation. One staff member does not have the appropriate type of criminal record check through the Criminal Records Review Program on file. It is a requirement that all staff have this type of clearance in place to ensure safety of children. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before August 29, 2025. The ECE certificates of two staff have not been validated through the BC ECE Registry. This is required to ensure validity of all certificates. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before September 4, 2025. The emergency plan has not been practiced. It is important that all staff practice emergency plans at least once per year to ensure safety of children in an emergency.
