  Observation. Name of the manager is not posted. Posting the manager's name enhances transparency, accountability, communication, trust, and emergency response by clearly showing leadership. Submit by February 2, 2026 confirmation of corrective measures.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. Review of required facility documentation indicates that parents are notified of any minor injuries their child sustained while in the care of the Licensee at pick-up, rather than immediately following the incident. Failing to notify parents immediately about their child's injury could lead to delays in medical treatment, heightened child distress, and a lack of parental involvement in care decisions. Submit by February 2, 2026, corrective measures outlining how the Licensee will ensure the system for notifying parents and recording such notifications has been revised to ensure compliance is maintained.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed staff records and found required information missing. Ensure records include required information for volunteers.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. During today's inspection Licensing became aware of a service delivery problem recently that was not reported. Licensing request the incident to be reported via the online reporting portal.

• C3.2 - Are persons qualified and appropriately replaced?Critical

  Observation. Please ensure any certificates for an educator or an assistant are validated through the ECE Registry and evidence of validation is kept on record. Licensing provided the Manager with the ECE Registry website link.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. During today's inspection, Licensing reviewed staff files with the Manager and determined them incomplete. Staff records must include evidence of immunization status and character reference checks completed by the Licensee. Licensing provided a resource tool regarding staff records via email to assist the Licensee in the development of a system to ensure compliance is maintained.
