- POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
A licensee must have all of the following: (b) an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Review of the fire drill record indicated a drill was not conducted for the month of October 2019. Licensing notes staff conducted 2 fire drills in November.
Corrective action. As per requirements, please ensure fire drills are conducted monthly and recorded to ensure that staff and children will be able to respond effectively should a fire emergency arise.
