    Observation. -Areas of exposed drywall present in the facility. -Areas of the facility required cleaning

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. - Diaper mat was observed to be ripped preventing thorough sanitation - Sandbox tarp was not being utilized and was filled with leafs/plants. This could cause health and hygiene concerns due to nature/animals getting into the sandbox.

    Corrective action. The manager will repair the diaper mat and clean the sandbox/utilize the sandbox tarp.

    Observation. It was observed that the facility uses cloth towels to dry hands. The Licensee said the cloths are changed daily. It was discussed that the cloths need to be single use.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the cloths used to dry children's hands are single use.
