  A licensee must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.

  Observation. At the time of the inspection the water temperature measured at 54 degrees Celsius

  Corrective action. Ensure that the water temperature is no more than 49 degrees Celsius. The Manager said they will check the regulator for the temperature.

  Observation. The Licensee said that she does not have written record of drills completed but thinks she completed them.

  Corrective action. The Licensee said she is going to request the information from the parent.
