  Observation. The program first aide kit has medicinal products available without parental permission. The LO reviewed this requirement and removed the products during the inspection.

  Observation. Hand washinghot water tap accessible to the children exceeds 49* Celsius. The LO reviewed this item in depth with the Licensee at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure heated water accessible to children is heater to no more than 49* Celsius.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING

  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner and emergency contact.

  Observation. An emergency contact not available for one child's file.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's registration forms are complete including emergency contact details.

  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: (c) a record of the person's work history.

  Observation. A record of the person's work history was not obtained for one employee working in the program at the time of the inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff files are complete including resumes.
