Observation. It was alleged that the operator is caring for more than two children at one time without a Community Care Licence. During the inspection the operator confirmed they were caring for six children and 4 of them were unrelated to the operator. Based on confirmation from the operator the allegation of operating an unlawful unlicensed facility is substantiated. Immediate compliance to Section 5 of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act is required. Written confirmation must be submitted to Licensingdirect@interiorhealth.ca prior to April 7, 2025 at 6:00 pm.
