  Observation. In 2022 a radon detector was deployed at the facility and it became damaged and discarded during the testing period. A new radon detector has not been acquired and deployed and radon levels remain unknown. A radon resource has been provided with this report to ensure a long term test over the winter months is conducted.

  Observation. Ensure emergency plans are practiced at least once each year.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. The facility has obtained RCMP Criminal Record Checks which are not accepted by licensing. Information has been provided by email for the Criminal Record Review Program. Ensure evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization program. This is not in place at this time. Please validate all ECE certificates.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The climber currently has limited pea gravel around it for resilient material. It appears to be insufficient in quantity as the depth is approximately 2 inches. Please ensure the climber meets the manufacturers installation and safety guidelines as discussed.
