Observation. Some child registration records are missing immunization status and other information that can be used to readily identify a child in an emergency. Two child records noted allergies but no written instruction from the parent on how to identify and manage the potential medical event as per section 57(2)(h)(i)(ii) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. Incomplete child records may increase risk to children in an emergency. Submit by April 29, 2026, evidence of ensuring child records are complete and up to date. A log of play space inspections has not been kept since the facility commenced operation. The play space inspection log will confirm inspections have been completed and note any maintenance and repairs conducted. Submit by April 29, 2026, evidence of logging play space inspections.

Observation. A stacked tower of supply bins are not secure and unsteady. To prevent tipping and potential injury to children ensure the bins are stored securely or removed from the accessible area. Submit by April 29, 2026, evidence the supply bins do not present a risk to children.
