At the time of inspection, it was identified that the Group Child Care (Under 36 months) program does not have an infant toddler educator in ratio for approximately one hour during meal breaks. Although the employee is replaced with a lesser qualified educator, the Licensee must ensure the qualified staff to child ratio is met during regularly scheduled breaks.
