Observation. In one care program, diapering is occurring in the play space. It is not next to a hand wash basin or a covered container. The current system to clean, sanitize and remove the soiled diaper from the diaper area is not suitable.

Observation. Various surfaces, including the diaper mats, are not being cleaned prior to sanitizing with a bleach/water solution. The bleach/water solution is not being changed daily.
