Observation. Upon review of a sampling of child records it was noted that one record requires a detailed care plan to address a medical condition. One other care plan requires further detail and clarification regarding noted medical conditions in order to be complete. Care plans are required in order to ensure that all employees are adequately informed regarding any medical, behavioural, developmental or emotional condition that has been diagnosed for a child in care, and to ensure that parents are included in the process of identifying diagnosed conditions, symptoms, and actions to be taken should symptoms be observed. Notify Licensing of the review of child records and development of care plans as necessary on or by Sept. 25, 2025. The records reviewed were otherwise complete and appeared to be up-to-date.

Observation. It was observed during the inspection that several power outlets were uncovered.
